咸肉炖豆腐 Tofu Stew


材料A:
1大匙油
1大匙蒜片
4片火腿,切小块
1块自制豆腐,切块
3棵小白菜,洗净,切半调味料:
1小匙生抽
1小匙蚝油
少许胡椒粉
600ml水做法
- 在瓦煲烧热油爆香蒜片。
- 加入火腿、豆腐和调味料煮滚,转小火继续焖煮20分钟。
- 最后加入小白菜煮5分钟,即可上桌享用。

INGREDIENTS A
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sliced garlic
4 slices ham, cut into small pieces
1 block homemade tofu, cut into cubes
3 stalks xiao bai cai, cleaned and halvedSEASONING
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
a little pepper
600ml water
METHOD
- Heat up oil in a claypot and saute sliced garlic until aromatic.
- Add in ham, tofu, seasoning and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Lastly add in xiao bai cai and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
