Return and Refund Policy
No Product shall be returned to us unless:-

  1. The defect of the Product is greater than advertised or we have sent the wrong Product to you; and
  2. We are notified by email within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery; and
  3. You must return the Product to us within 5 working days of receipt of your delivery ; and
  4. The Product must be returned in original condition (sealed, unused and undamaged) with original box and accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice (if any); and
  5. The Product must be returned at your own expense (registered postal or traceable courier service) which will include any custom duties or taxes via a reputable carrier.

You must fulfill all the abovementioned criteria in order for you to return the Product(s) to us at the following address:-

Replacement Product will only be shipped to you after we have received the returned Product and have carried out suitable tests and inspection and if we are satisfied that the returned Product is defective and the defect of the Product is greater than advertised or is not what you have ordered. Original shipping charges [the first shipping charges incurred by you to enable us to deliver the Product (wrong product or defect of the product is greater than advertised) to you before the returned Product) will be held as a credit against further orders. The calculation of the original shipping charges will be shown in FAQ.

If we are not satisfied, we will inform you and the returned Product will be delivered to you once we have received the shipping, packaging and other relevant charges for shipment from you. We are not responsible for returned Product lost or damaged in transit.
