十谷糙米浆
Ten Grains Brown Rice Mlik
材料

250g市售十谷糙米 (浸水5小时,滤干)
100g花生仁 (炒香,去皮膜)
50g黑芝麻 (炒香)
2800ml水
180g糖
1小匙盐

做法
  1. 将十谷糙米、炒香的花生和芝麻用800ml的清水搅拌成幼滑状。
  2. 将200ml的清水煮滚,加入搅细的(1)混合体,拌煮至滚,转小火拌煮15-20分钟至香滑。
  3. 加入糖和盐,再拌煮至糖溶解即可。
  4. 趁热配上包子馒头享用。
INGREDIENTS

250g ten grains brown rice (soaked 5 hours and drained)
100 peanuts (toasted and removed skin)
50g black sesame seeds (toasted)
2800ml water
180g sugar
1 tsp salt

METHOD

  1. Put ten grains brown rice, peanuts, black sesame seeds and 800ml water into a blender and blend till very smooth and fine.
  2. Bring 2000ml water to boil. Add in blended ten grains brown rice and bring to boil, keep stirring continuously. Lower the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Add in sugar, salt and cook by stirring continuously until sugar has dissolved.
  4. Serve rice milk hot with steamed bao or mantao.
