蒜香烤肉排
Roasted Spare Ribs with Garlic
材料

800g排骨

腌料

2大匙巴西里碎
1小匙盐
1大匙蒜茸
2大匙番茄酱
1大匙黑胡椒碎
1大匙糖
2大匙橄榄油

做法
  1. 排骨放入滚水中煮20分钟,捞起沥干水分,加入腌料拌匀,放入冰箱腌隔夜。
  2. 提早3小时将排骨从冰箱取出。
  3. 将排骨放在烤盘上,送入已预热烤箱以200c烤20分钟。
  4. 取出抹上腌料汁继续烤15分钟,即可取出趁热享用。
INGREDIENTS

800g spare ribs

MARINADE

2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped garli
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil

METHOD

  1. Cook spare ribs in boiling water for 20 minutes. Dish and drain. Mix with marinade and marinate for overnight in the fridge.
  2. Remove spare ribs from the fridge 3 hours before roasting.
  3. Put spare ribs on a baking tray and roasts in the preheated oven at 200c for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove and brush the remaining marinade over the spare ribs and roast for another 15 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
