啤酒炸虾配蜜瓜沙拉
Fried Prawns with Honeydew Salad
材料

500g虾球 (尾保留)
3杯炸油

腌料

1/2小匙盐
1小匙糖
1小匙麻油

粉浆(拌匀)

150g面粉
2粒蛋
3粒咸蛋黄 (蒸熟,压烂)
200ml啤酒 (适量)
1/2小匙盐
1/4胡椒粉

蜜瓜沙拉

150g美奶滋
1大匙甜炼奶
1粒酸柑汁
400g蜜瓜肉 (切小方块)

做法
  1. 把虾肉加入腌料拌匀腌1小时,沾上粉浆,放入滚油里炸至金黄色,捞起滤干油。
  2. 把美奶滋。炼奶和酸柑汁加一起拌匀,加入蜜瓜拌匀即可。
  3. 将炸虾球配上蜜瓜沙拉一起享用。

 

 

INGREDIENTS

500g prawn meat (tail reserved)
3 cups oil for deep-frying

MARINADE

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil

BATTER(MIXED)

150g plain flour
2 eggs
3 salted egg yolks (steamed and mashed)
200ml beer
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

HONEYDEW SALAD

150g mayonnaise
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 1 lime
400g honeydew (diced)

METHOD

  1. Mix prawn meat with marinade and marinate for 1 hour. Coat with batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, condensed milk and lime juice and mix well. Add in honeydew and stir well.
  3. Serve fried prawn with honeydew salad.
