素叁峇虾米炒饭
Vegetarian Shrimp Sambal Fried Rice
材料

3大匙油
2大匙甜菜卜碎
100g长豆 (切粒)
2条红辣椒 (切粒)
5朵冬菇 (浸软,切粒)
1片豆干 (切粒)
700g白饭

调味料

4大匙叁峇虾米*
1小匙咖喱粉
¼小匙糖
½小匙胡椒粉
¼小匙香菇味素
1大匙生抽

做法
  1. 烧热油爆香菜卜碎,加入长豆、辣椒、冬菇和豆干炒香。
  2. .加入白饭和调味料炒匀至香,即可盛起享用。
    (3-4人份)
INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped sweet preserved radish
100g long beans (diced)
2 red chillies (chopped)
5 black mushrooms (soaked and diced)
1 piece firm tofu(tau kwa), (diced)
700g cooked rice

SEASONINNG

4 tbsp vegetarian shrimp sambal *
1 tsp curry powder
¼ tsp sugar
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp mushroom seasoning
1 tbsp light soya sauce

METHOD

  1. Heat up oil and sauté sweet preserved radish until aromatic. Add in long beans, chillies, black mushrooms, tofu and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add in cooked rice, seasoning and stir-fry until aromatic. Dish up and serve. (Serves : 3-4)
