咸肉炖豆腐
Tofu Stew

材料A:

1大匙油
1大匙蒜片
4片火腿,切小块
1块自制豆腐,切块
3棵小白菜,洗净,切半

调味料:

1小匙生抽
1小匙蚝油
少许胡椒粉
600ml水

做法
  1. 在瓦煲烧热油爆香蒜片。
  2. 加入火腿、豆腐和调味料煮滚,转小火继续焖煮20分钟。
  3. 最后加入小白菜煮5分钟,即可上桌享用。
INGREDIENTS A

1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sliced garlic
4 slices ham, cut into small pieces
1 block homemade tofu, cut into cubes
3 stalks xiao bai cai, cleaned and halved

SEASONING

1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
a little pepper
600ml water

METHOD

  1. Heat up oil in a claypot and saute sliced garlic until aromatic.
  2. Add in ham, tofu, seasoning and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Lastly add in xiao bai cai and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
