Ten Grains Brown Rice Mlik
250g ten grains brown rice (soaked 5 hours and drained)
100 peanuts (toasted and removed skin)
50g black sesame seeds (toasted)
1 tsp salt
- Put ten grains brown rice, peanuts, black sesame seeds and 800ml water into a blender and blend till very smooth and fine.
- Bring 2000ml water to boil. Add in blended ten grains brown rice and bring to boil, keep stirring continuously. Lower the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes or until smooth.
- Add in sugar, salt and cook by stirring continuously until sugar has dissolved.
- Serve rice milk hot with steamed bao or mantao.
