香醇甜肉丸
Sweet & Sour Meatballs
材料

材料A
400g肉碎
1大匙红萝卜碎
1棵青葱 (切粒)
1大匙粟粉
1/2小匙盐
1小匙麻油
少许胡椒粉

材料B
2大匙油
1大匙姜碎
1小匙蒜茸

汁料(拌匀)

5大匙甜黑醋
1大匙糖
1大匙生抽
1小匙粟粉

做法
  1. 材料A放入大碗中,充分拌匀至起胶,然后做成肉圆。
  2. 肉圆放入热油中炸至金黄熟透,捞起沥干油份。
  3. 烧热油爆香姜碎和蒜茸,加入汁料煮滚至浓稠,然后放入肉圆炒匀,即可上碟享用。

400g minced pork
1 tbsp chopped carrot
1 stalk spring onion (diced)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil dash of pepper

INGREDIENTS B
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp of pepper

SAUCE(MIXED)

5 tbsp sweetened dark vinager
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients A and stir until very sticky, Form into meatballs.
  2. Deep-fry meatballs in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and Drain.
  3. Heat up oil, saute chopped ginger and garlic until aromatic. Add in the sauce and bring to boil till thick. Add in fried meatballs ad stir-fry until well mixed. Dish up and serve.
