滑嫩橄榄菜蒸肉饼
Steamed Minced Pork with Preserved Olive Vegetables

材料

150g肉碎
2粒蛋
100ml水

调味料

2大匙橄榄菜
½小匙盐
½小匙胡椒粉
1小匙粟粉
½大匙生抽
1粒咸蛋黄,切小块
1大匙青葱粒

做法
  1. 把材料和调味料一起拌匀,倒入盘里,再撒上咸蛋黄。
  2. 放入煮滚水的蒸笼里,用中小火蒸25分钟至熟。
  3. 撒上青葱粒,即可。
INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
150g minced pork
2 eggs
100ml water

SEASONING

2 tbsp preserved olive vegetables
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
½ tbsp light soya sauce

1 salted egg yolk, diced
1 tbsp diced spring onion

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients and seasoning. Pour the mixture into a steaming tray and sprinkle diced salted egg yolk on top.
  2. Steam in preheated steamer at medium-low heat for 25 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Sprinkle diced spring onion on top and serve.
