红烧焦糖排骨
Spare Ribs in Caramel Sauce
材料

800g排骨
2大匙油
2大匙冰糖
4大匙番茄酱
2大匙生抽
600ml水

做法
  1. 排骨放入滚水中烫1分钟,捞起洗净沥干水分。
  2. 小火烧热油,放入冰糖煮至微金黄色及溶解,放入排骨和调味料煮滚。
  3. 转小火继续焖煮至汁收干,即可上碟享用。
INGREDIENTS

800g spare ribs
2tbsp oil
2 tbsp rock sugar
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
600ml water

METHOD

  1. Blanch spare ribs in boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse through and drain well.
  2. Heat up oil with low heat, add in rock sugar, stir and cook into caramel. Add spare ribs, seasoning and bring to boil.
  3. Lower the heat and cook until the sauce has thickened. Dish up and serve.
