红烧焦糖排骨
Spare Ribs in Caramel Sauce

材料
800g排骨
2大匙油
2大匙冰糖
4大匙番茄酱
2大匙生抽
600ml水
做法
- 排骨放入滚水中烫1分钟,捞起洗净沥干水分。
- 小火烧热油,放入冰糖煮至微金黄色及溶解,放入排骨和调味料煮滚。
- 转小火继续焖煮至汁收干,即可上碟享用。

INGREDIENTS
800g spare ribs
2tbsp oil
2 tbsp rock sugar
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
600ml water
METHOD
- Blanch spare ribs in boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse through and drain well.
- Heat up oil with low heat, add in rock sugar, stir and cook into caramel. Add spare ribs, seasoning and bring to boil.
- Lower the heat and cook until the sauce has thickened. Dish up and serve.
