鳄梨意大利面
Spaghetti with Avocado Pesto
材料

150g意大利面
1个灯笼椒,切块
100g椰花菜

酱料

2个鳄梨
2大匙柠檬汁
1/2杯橄榄油
1/2杯九层塔叶
1/2杯腰豆

调味料

适量海盐和黑胡椒碎

做法
  1. 将意大利面烫熟,捞起沥干,放在盘子上备用。
  2. 将酱料材料放入搅拌机里搅拌均匀,加入海盐和黑胡椒碎调味。
  3. 将酱料淋在已烫熟的意大利面上,便可享用。
INGREDIENTS

150g spaghetti
1 capsicum, cut into pieces
100g broccoli

SAUCE

2 avocadoes
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
½ cup Thai basil
½ cup cashew nuts

SEASONING

sea salt and ground black pepper

METHOD

  1. Blanch spaghetti until tender and cooked. Dish and drain. Arrange into individual serving plates and set aside.
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Scoop sauce over the spaghetti and serve.
