酸菜辣鱼
Sour Mustard with Spicy Fish
材料

1大匙油
1大匙姜丝
1大匙蒜茸
100g咸菜 (切丝)
50g肉碎
5条辣椒干
1条鱼 (约700g,切块)

调味料

少许盐
1大匙生抽
500ml水
少许麻油
少许胡椒粉
适量芫茜葱

做法
  1. 烧热油爆香姜和蒜茸,加入咸菜、肉碎和辣椒干炒匀。
  2. 加入调味料,小火煮10分钟。
  3. 放入鱼继续煮12分钟或至熟,再撒上芫茜葱,即可享用。
INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
100g salted mustard (shredded)
50g minced meat
5 dried chillies
1 fish (about 700g, cut into pieces)

SEASONING

A little salt
1 tbsp light soya sauce
500ml water
Dash of sesame oil
Dash of pepper
Some Chopped Spring onion and coriander leaves

METHOD

  1. Heat up oil, saute shredded ginger and chopped garlic until aromatic. Add in salted mustard, minced meat, dried chillies and stir-fry until well mixed.
  2. Add seasoning and cook for 10 minutes at low heat.
  3. Add in fish and cook for another 12 minutes or until cooked. Sprinkle coriander leaves and spring onion on top and serve.
