1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
100g salted mustard (shredded)
50g minced meat
5 dried chillies
1 fish (about 700g, cut into pieces)
A little salt
1 tbsp light soya sauce
Dash of sesame oil
Dash of pepper
Some Chopped Spring onion and coriander leaves
- Heat up oil, saute shredded ginger and chopped garlic until aromatic. Add in salted mustard, minced meat, dried chillies and stir-fry until well mixed.
- Add seasoning and cook for 10 minutes at low heat.
- Add in fish and cook for another 12 minutes or until cooked. Sprinkle coriander leaves and spring onion on top and serve.
