咸香炸米蝶
Savoury Rice Crackers
材料

250白饭
50g小虾米
1条红辣椒
1粒洋葱 (剁碎)

调味料

1/2小匙盐
1小匙胡椒粉
2大匙粘米粉
1大匙油3杯炸油

做法
  1. 将材料和调味料加一起拌均成饭团,分成6份饭团。
  2. 放1份饭团入塑胶袋里,在有深度的碟里压扁成圆片。
  3. 放入滚炸油里,用中小火炸至金黄香脆,捞起滤干油。
  4. 配上辣椒酱享用。
INGREDIENTS

250g cooked rice
50g small dried shrimps
1 red chili
1 onion (chopped)

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp oil3 cups oil for deep-frying

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients with seasoning until well combined. Divide into 6 portions.
  2. Put a portion of the rice mixture into a plastic bag, flatten it on a small platter and press into a thin round, repeat same for the remaining of rice mixture.
  3. Deep-fry in hot il with low heat until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve as snack with chili sauce.
