金瓜发糕
Pumpkin Fatt Kuih
材料

300g自发面粉
130g糖
150ml椰水
100ml椰浆
2大匙椰油
100g南瓜泥
15g双倍发粉

做法
  1. 把全部材料放入大碗里拌匀,倒入小蛋糕纸杯里。
  2. 放入煮滚水的蒸笼里,用大火蒸25分钟即可。
INGREDIENTS

300g self-rising flour
130g sugar
150ml coconut water
100ml coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
100g mashed pumpkin
15g double action baking powder

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well. Pour the mixture into paper cups.
  2. Steam in a preheated steamer at high heat for 25 minutes. Remove and serve.
