鲜橙牛油曲奇
Orange Butter Cookies
材料

A:
125g牛油
90g幼糖

B:
1粒蛋
1/2小匙云尼拉

C:(筛过)

150g面粉

50g粟粉

20g牛奶粉

1/4小匙发粉

1/4小匙盐

2大匙刮丝橙皮

做法
  1. 预热烤箱至180c,烤盘铺上油纸。
  2. 把材料A拌匀,加入材料B打发。
  3. 加入材料C和橙皮拌匀成软团,放入挤花袋,挤在已铺了油纸的烤盘里。
  4. 送入已预热的烤盘里,烤15分钟至微黄和熟即可。

90g caster sugar

B:

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

C:(SIFTED)

150g plain flour

50g cornstarch

20g milk powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp grated orange zest

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients A and mix well. Add in B and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add in C, orange zest and mix into a soft dough. Transfer into a piping bag and pipe on the lined baking tray.
  4. Bake the preheat oven for 15 minutes or until slightly brown and cooked.
