番茄辣焖骨
Hot and Spicy Spare Ribs
材料

700g排骨,斩小块
2大匙油
1粒洋葱,去皮,切块
1粒番茄,切块
1条红辣椒,去籽,切块
1小粒灯笼椒,去籽,切块

调味料:

1大匙三巴香脆虾米XO酱
5大匙番茄酱
1/2大匙糖
1/2小匙盐
500ml水

做法
  1. 烧热油爆香洋葱,加入排骨、番茄和调味料炒香。
  2. 加入水煮滚,转小火继续焖煮30分钟。
  3. 加入红辣椒和灯笼椒大火炒至汁收干,即可上碟享用。
INGREDIENTS

700g spare ribs, cut into pieces
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, peeled and cut into pieces
1 tomato, cut into pieces
1 red chillies, seeded and cut into pieces
1 small capsicum, seeded and cut into pieces

Seasoning:

1 tbsp Crispy Prawn Chilli XO Sauce
5 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
500ml water

METHOD

  1. Heat up oil and saute onion until aromatic. Add in spare ribs, tomatoes, seasoning until fragrant.
  2. Add in water and bring to boil. Lower the water and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Lastly add daun Salam, mix well and dish up.
  4. Add in red chillies, capsicum and stir-fry at high heat until the sauce almost dry. Dish up and serve.
