- 烧热油锅， 将小鱼干和花生分别炸至香脆，捞起沥干油份。
2 cups oil for deep-frying
300g small dried fish (cleaned)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 red chillies (seeded and chopped)
1 stalk spring onion (diced)
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp fermented soya bean paste (taucu)
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp sugar
- Heat up oil for deep-frying, deep-fry dried fish and peanuts separately until crispy. Dish and drain.
- Leave 2 tbsp oil, saute chopped garlic and chilli until aromatic. Add in seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add in small dried fish and stir-fry until well mixed. Sprinkle spring onion and sesame seeds on top. Serve.
