金黄糖浆雪糕
Golden Syrup Ice Cream
材料

125g动物性鲜奶油
2粒蛋黄
40g糖
100g lyle’s金黄糖浆
300g植物性鲜奶油 (打至发白及硬)

做法
  1. 将材料放入大碗中,隔水加热,搅拌至浓稠,离火待冷。
  2. 拌入打发鲜奶油,倒入容器中,放入结冰处隔夜便可。
  3. 挖出雪糕盛在碗里,撒上烘香仁果享用。
INGREDIENTS

125g dairy whipping cream
2 egg yolk
40g sugar
100g Lyle’s golden syrup
300g non dairy whipping cream (whipped till stiff)

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients into a double boiler and double-boil till thick. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
  2. Add in whipped cream and mix well.
  3. To serve, scoop ice cream into serving bowl, sprinkle some toasted nuts on top and serve.
