冷冻云石粉粿
Cold Green Bean Marble Kuih
材料A

50g绿豆澄粉
150g糖
300ml椰浆
1小匙盐
200ml水
3片班兰叶 (打结)

材料B

150g绿豆澄粉
300ml椰浆
1000ml水
100g糖
200g黄糖
1小匙碱水
5片班兰叶 (打结)

做法
  1. 分别把材料A和材料B煮至浓稠。
  2. 一起倒入10寸蛋糕模里,用小刀在面糊画出云石纹理,待稍微冷却,放入冰箱。
  3. 冰冷后即可切块享用。

300ml coconut milk
1 tsp salt
200ml water
3 pandan leaves (knotted)

INGREDIENTS B

150g green bean starch
300ml coconut milk
1000ml water
100g sugar
200g brown sugar
1 tsp alkaline water
5 pandan leaves (knotted)

METHOD

  1. Stir and cook A and B separately until thick.
  2. Pour both of the mixture into a 10” steaming tray and use a small knife to draw lines to get marble effect. Leave to cool slightly and chill in the fridge.
  3. Cut into pieces and serve cold.
