荞麦香蕉蛋糕
Buckwheat Banana Loaf

材料A:

112g荞麦粉
110g 糖蜜/黑糖/红糖
1小匙发粉
½小匙苏打粉
½小匙肉桂粉

材料B:

300g香蕉,压烂
1粒蛋
70g原味优格
30ml葡萄籽油
40ml枫糖浆/蜂蜜

做法
  1. 将A料放入搅拌碗中拌匀,加入B料再搅拌至均匀。
  2. 把混合料倒入已涂上油的长形烤盘(21cm x 10 cm x 7cm),送进已预热烤箱,以180C烤40-45分钟便可。
INGREDIENTS A

112g buckwheat flour
110g molasses sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon powder

INGREDIENTS B

300g bananas, mashed
1 egg
70g natural yohgurt
30ml grapeseed oil
40ml maple syrup / honey

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients A in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add in B and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin (21cm x 10 cm x 7cm) and bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes till well cooked. Remove and leave to cool.
