300 黑豆 (洗净，浸水隔夜)
2 piece bay leaf
5 pips garlic
1 onion (sliced)
1/2 tsp peppercorns
3 liters water
1 tsp salt
300g black beans (cleaned and soaked overnight)
1/2 pork trotter (cut into piece and blanched)
300g pork belly (cut into pieces)
1 pig tail (cut into short sections)
100g bacon (cut into slice)
100g cabbage (cut into small pieces)
1/2 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Some lettuce (shredded)
1 orange (cut into pieces)
- Put spices and seasoning into a pot and bring to boil. Add in black beans, pork trotter, tail and bring to oil. Cover with lid and simmer with medium-low heat for 2 hours.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer for another 1.
- Serve with rice, lettuce and orange.
