黑白芝麻面包
Black and White Sesame Bread
材料A

300g高筋面粉
30g糖
½小匙盐
5g即用干酵母
40g牛油
220-240ml水
100g黑芝麻粉

材料B

50g葵花籽
100g核桃,切碎

材料C

50g黑芝麻
50g白芝麻

做法
  1. 把面粉、糖、盐和即用干酵母拌匀,加入水拌匀成团,加入牛油,搅拌搓匀至起筋,加入材料B搓匀。
  2. 用湿布盖好,休息待发至80%大,切成2等份,搓圆以按出空气。
  3. 分别放入2个心形8寸模里压平,喷上水,粘上黑白芝麻,待发至80%大。
  4. 放入已预热烤箱,用180°C烤25-30分钟至熟。

30g sugar
½ tsp salt
5g instant dry yeast
40g butter
220-240ml water
100g ground black sesame seeds

INGREDIENTS B

50g sunflower seeds
100g walnuts, chopped

INGREDIENTS C

50g black sesame seeds
50g white sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. Combine plain flour, sugar, salt, instant dry yeast in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add in water and mix into a dough. Add in butter and mix until well mixed and gluten has developed. Add in ingredients B and mix well.
  2. Cover with a wet towel and leave to proof until 80% increased in size.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 parts and press into 2 8” heart-shaped tins. Spray the surface with a little water and sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top. Leave to proof until 80% increased in size.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
