300g high protein flour
½ tsp salt
5g instant dry yeast
100g ground black sesame seeds
50g sunflower seeds
100g walnuts, chopped
50g black sesame seeds
50g white sesame seeds
- Combine plain flour, sugar, salt, instant dry yeast in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add in water and mix into a dough. Add in butter and mix until well mixed and gluten has developed. Add in ingredients B and mix well.
- Cover with a wet towel and leave to proof until 80% increased in size.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and press into 2 8” heart-shaped tins. Spray the surface with a little water and sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top. Leave to proof until 80% increased in size.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
