培根烧肉意大利面
Bacon and Roasted Pork Spaghetti
材料

500g意大利面
4大匙油
4大匙蒜米碎
10片培根,切片
150g烧肉,切块
1大匙辣椒干碎
50g新鲜蕃茜,切碎

调味料

100ml鸡汤/水
½小匙盐
½小匙黑胡椒碎

做法
  1. 把意大利面放入水里煮软,捞起滤干水,待用。
  2. 用橄榄油炒香蒜米碎、培根和烧肉,加入做法1炒匀。
  3. 加入调味料炒匀,煮至干身,撒入辣椒干碎和蕃茜炒匀,即可。
INGREDIENTS

500g spaghetti
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp chopped garlic
10 slices bacon, cut into slices
150g roasted pork, cut into pieces
1 tbsp chilli flakes
50g fresh parsley, chopped

SEASONING

100ml chicken stock / water
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper

METHOD

  1. Boil spaghetti in boiling water until just tender. Dish and drain. Set aside.
  2. Heat up olive oil, stir-fry chopped garlic, bacon and roasted pork until aromatic. Add in spaghetti and stir-fry until well mixed.
  3. Add in seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed. Continue to cook until almost dry, sprinkle chilli flakes and dried parsley and stir-fry until well mixed. Dish up and serve.
  4. Remove from oven, serve hot with bread or pasta.
