Yum Yum Publications was founded in 1999, specialising in publication of cook books. We constantly observe trending delicious food, and at the same time curating them into a timeless yummy recipe, hence we the name Yum Yum. Our core goal is to publish cook books that not only share great recipes but also our featured chefs’ passion towards culinary pleasures and dietary ideas.
Yum Yum Magazine was first published in June 1999, featuring a number of great chefs, recipes and content. Ranging from Chinese to Western cuisine packed with a variety of dishes, flavours, desserts and bakings. From dishes to soup, cakes to cookies and bread to pastries. Each issue to have more than 50 recipes all the time. We provide extensive step by step photo guides for complex recipes, allowing readers to easily grasp the technique. Since the first issue, we have published more than 70 magazines, each issue about 50,000 copies sold to the market. With over 3000 copies directly mailed to subscribing readers while the rest available on bookstores and newsstands nationwide.
