香煎鱼胶肉饼
Mixed Vegetables Fish and Meat Patties

材料(4-6人份)

200g鱼胶
200g肉碎
6粒马蹄,去皮,切碎
3大匙红萝卜碎
2棵青葱,切粒
1片黄芽白,切碎

调味料

1小匙麻油
½大匙盐
1小匙鸡精粉
1大匙粟粉
1杯油

做法
  1. 把材料和调味料拌匀,用同一方向拌匀至起胶。
  2. 分成12等份,搓圆,略按扁。
  3. 将肉饼放入热油里煎至两面金黄色和熟,捞起,滤干油,即可。

200g fish paste
200g minced pork
6 water chestnuts, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp chopped carrot
2 stalks spring onion, diced
1 Chinese cabbage leaf, chopped

SEASONING

1 tsp sesame oil
½ tbsp salt
1 tsp chicken stock granules
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup oil

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients and seasoning and mix well. Stir in one direction until very sticky.
  2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Form into balls and flatten them into patties.
  3. Pan-fry the patties in hot oil until both sides are golden brown and cooked. Dish and drain. Serve.
