Mixed Vegetables Fish and Meat Patties
200g fish paste
200g minced pork
6 water chestnuts, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp chopped carrot
2 stalks spring onion, diced
1 Chinese cabbage leaf, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tbsp salt
1 tsp chicken stock granules
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup oil
- Combine all ingredients and seasoning and mix well. Stir in one direction until very sticky.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Form into balls and flatten them into patties.
- Pan-fry the patties in hot oil until both sides are golden brown and cooked. Dish and drain. Serve.
