从创刊以来,新新一直以提倡亲手烹调、烘焙为本,加上尽可能采用本土食材和简单天然的调味料,和广大爱下厨的读者们共享了许许多多的美味时光。曾经何时,我们和亲朋戚友见面聚会,都花尽心思挑选餐厅或咖啡馆,虽然餐馆的菜肴可能都引不起我们的赞叹,但我们都不再动手为亲戚和朋友煮一两道菜或烘一个蛋糕了。这一期的pot luck,我们三位爱吃又爱煮的厨师:子仁、国雄和Plilip精心烹煮了8道佳肴;蓝赛珍老师于东北欧小国立陶苑,体验了非同反响的pot luck文化冲击,将罕见的立陶苑农家菜呈献给大家,这一切,是我们特别给爱下厨、爱分享朋友们致敬美味佳肴。愿大家都拥有一个大门永远敝开,让朋友们开心造访欢聚的家!
